Stay Review: Location is good. All other things are bad. They take your patience test for every small service. Don't stay here. Food Review: Spread of buffet: Very Small Price : Very high, Rs.2400 per person Taste : Average to below average Service: Average In the buffet they have only one veg dessert and that too very cold in the winter season. Even in salad they just had 2 types of salad. Three different people came at different time to ask my room number. While making payment their card machine was not working properly. I had to wait so that payment confirmation can be generated.

Stayed there from 29th Dec - 4th Jan.. Worst hotel experience of our life. 1. Poor and dated hotel. Very poor and shabby rooms 2. Worst service, we have to call up many times to get a simple thing done 3. In today's time this hotel had dated modem level internet. We couldn't connect and they have another issue as you cannot connect more than 2 devices. We were a family of 4 and you imagine. 4. Breakfast staff was super rude and again poor quality Please stay away from this hotel. Not even worth a single star.

Worst experience of my life. Please do not go here or organise any event here. They ruined my wedding day because of their sheer incompetence and unprofessionalism. The bathrooms were so filthy that some of the guests nearly vomitted from the smell coming out from there. The outdoor event was not kept warm despite telling them to do so. The DJ experience was horrid as the hotel refused to let me discuss the music with the DJ. The food was average. I had booked rooms to stay but was not given the room I had booked despite organising a whole event of 150 plus people in the same hotel. The rooms given to my guests were dirty and bad. The staff were rude and unhelpful. Extremely unprofessional.

Nice hotel at prime location at Central Delhi. The lobby area was playing live piano score which was great. In my limited interaction for business meeting, found the staff to be helpful, washrooms were clean though not manned by staff. Management should attend to the taste of food items - many items were simply tasteless, half done. Rest all is ok.

Stayed at the hotel on 11th October with my family.rooms were so comfy and staff was hospitable and good . Food was amazing and service time was minimal with efficiency. Their pool is very lively and located around the garden making it so peaceful and serene. Spa was another bliss and relaxing. I look forward to come here again whenever I am in the capital.thanks

It was a very pleasant stay in the hotel. All staff were extremely polite and welcomed with folded hands. After my quick check in, i was immediately approached politely by a staff member to show the way the room was allocated. Room was large, clean and very well decorated. I would again visit this hotel as the location too was good.

I am currently staying at the Royal Plaza and once again I am enjoying my stay. The rooms are always clean- thanks to Mr Mukesh Chandra, who always ensures the room and bathroom is clean, is extremely polite and will do his utmost best to assist if anything is required. The rest of the staff are friendly and helpful at the front desk and at breakfast. I have stayed here many times and each stay has been good. The hotel is also well decorated for the festive period. I am impressed since my last stay, that codes are no longer required for the internet and the internet speed is so much better. Its these small things and paying attention to customer care and concern that makes it a better place to stay in whilst in Delhi.

If you are a Kenyan, when u get here u feel like you are in Mombasa especially because the people here are too slow.. Anyway, generally the hotel is nice n the views are beautiful ❤️
